We are located on Sanwer Road in Indore, which is a pretty well-known industrial stretch. RASHITECH VENDING SYSTEM LTD. is basically just a workshop where we put together and fix vending machines. If you walk inside, you will see a lot of metal cabinets and glass panels leaning against the walls. We also have a lot of small parts like coin slots and electronic boards that we have to keep track of, which isn't always easy. It can get a bit disorganized when we are busy, but we know where everything is. Sanwer Road can be a dusty place, and the wind usually blows a bit of that dust into the shop, so we spend some time cleaning the machines before they go out. We are just a local team doing our thing in Madhya Pradesh. We don't have a polished corporate image or a big fancy boardroom. Most of our meetings happen standing up around a machine that is being worked on. We have learned a lot over the years about what makes these machines jam and how to stop it from happening. It is practical work that requires a bit of tinkering and sometimes a bit of luck. We just show up every morning, drink some tea, and get to work on whatever machine is next in line.
