We set up Phrm Pharmaceutical over at 1070 H in Scheme No. 114. We are pretty close to Rajiv Awas Vihar in Indore. If you know the area, you know it is growing fast. There is a lot of construction around here lately. The dust gets everywhere, so we are always wiping down the medicine boxes. We have a small team here. Most of us live nearby so the commute isn't too bad. The office is on the ground floor. We have got some metal racks that reach all the way to the ceiling. It is hard to reach the top ones without the ladder, and that ladder is a bit shaky. We spend most of our morning sorting through what came in the night before. Indore gets really hot in the summer months, so we have the AC running, but it struggles. We try to keep the place tidy but with all the paperwork it is a struggle. There is a guy who brings us samosas around three o'clock every day. That is usually the highlight of the afternoon. We do not do any big fancy marketing. People in the scheme know where we are. We just handle the distribution and make sure the invoices are right. Sometimes the internet is slow and we cannot upload the data, so we just wait. It is a simple operation. We are not trying to change the world, just trying to keep the business running smooth.
