You can find us at Hari Om Palace, which is over in Sector-C of Scheme No. 71. We are in units 11 and 12. It’s a bit of a trek if you aren't familiar with the area, but we are quite close to Dastoor Garden and the Phooti Kothi landmark. Pharm India is more of a distribution point than a regular shop where you’d buy a bandage. We handle a lot of volume here. The Palace building itself is quite large and we have a decent amount of space to store our crates. Most of our day is spent unloading trucks and then loading smaller vans to send products out. It’s physical work and the warehouse can get quite warm in the summer months. We have a small desk near the front where we handle the paperwork and the phone calls. The area around Scheme 71 has grown a lot lately, so there is always construction or new roads being built nearby. We don’t have a flashy storefront because we don’t really need one for the kind of work we do. It’s all about the logistics of moving pharmaceutical goods from one place to another. We focus on keeping the inventory accurate and making sure nothing sits on the shelf for too long. It is a busy environment with a lot of heavy lifting. We just keep our heads down and get the boxes moving to where they need to go.
