Param Industries Limited

Param Industries Limited is located over at 101, Mahakosh House. We’re in South Tukoganj, right on Nath Mandir Road. It’s a pretty central spot in the city, which makes it easy for us to get around. The building itself has been around for a bit, and we’ve occupied this space for quite a while. Our daily routine involves a lot of back-and-forth communication. It can get pretty loud outside with the traffic on Nath Mandir Road, but inside we just try to keep things organized. We handle various industrial matters, though mostly it’s about managing the logistics and the supply side of things. There isn't much to see if you walk in, just a bunch of people at their desks doing their jobs. We don’t go in for those modern office layouts with bean bags or anything like that. It’s just old-fashioned desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We’ve got a mix of young and old staff here. Some have been with us since the beginning. We don’t really have a big philosophy or a fancy mission statement. We just show up in the morning, handle the orders, and try to make sure everything is in its place by the end of the day. It gets stressful when deadlines are tight, but we manage. It’s a steady pace most of the time. We like being in this part of town because everything we need is close by and the food nearby is good too.
