Dairy Den Ltd.

Down here at 9, Parasbaug, things usually get moving pretty early. Dairy Den Ltd. is tucked away in the Kochrab-Paldi area, which is a busy part of town but our little corner feels a bit more settled. We spend a lot of time checking the cooling units and making sure everything is running the way it should. It’s a lot of manual work, really. There is always a delivery truck coming or going, and the drivers are usually in a hurry to get back on the road before the heat sets in. Inside, it’s mostly just the hum of the machines and someone writing down numbers in a ledger. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone in suits. It’s just us in our regular clothes, dealing with the daily tasks. Sometimes the neighbors stop by just to say hello or ask about something. We’ve got a small space out front where we park the bikes. It’s not a shiny corporate office, and we like it that way. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re more focused on what’s inside the containers. Every morning starts with a quick check of the inventory. We’ve been in this spot long enough that the local tea stall knows exactly when we’ll be over for a break. It’s a steady rhythm we’ve built over the years. We just try to get the day done without too much fuss or trouble.
