Othantic Pharmaceuticals Private Limited is over at 1D Sudama Nagar in Indore. It’s a busy part of town and our office is usually a bit of a hub for activity. We spend most of our time just trying to stay on top of the orders that come in. It’s not like those big corporate places you see in movies. We have a few desks, a lot of filing cabinets, and some shelves for the stock. Most days it’s just us drinking tea and checking the inventory lists. We've been at this address for a while, and the neighbors are all used to the delivery vans coming in and out by now. Sometimes the traffic in Sudama Nagar gets really bad, so we have to plan our day around that. It’s not always easy, but it’s the work we chose. We don't have a fancy website or a huge team of people. It’s just a small group of us making sure everything is handled correctly. We try to be straightforward with our customers. If something is going to be late, we just tell them. There’s no point in hiding it. Sometimes the office feels a bit cramped when we have a lot of boxes, but we make it work. We like being in Indore because there’s always something happening. It’s a practical business and we keep it that way. We don't need any big mission statements to do our daily jobs. We just show up and do it.
