Mukti Pharmaceuticals

Mukti Pharmaceuticals is based at 339 Shivaki Nagar. It is a residential area, so we are surrounded by houses and families. It feels a bit more personal working here than in a big industrial park. We use a good portion of the space for storing all the supplies and medicine we handle. There are always stacks of cardboard boxes near the entrance waiting to be picked up or unpacked. We have to be careful not to block the driveway. The neighbors are used to us being here by now. We start work pretty early in the morning before the street gets busy with kids going to school. Most of our work involves coordinating where things need to go. We have a small desk with a computer that stays on all day, and the phone rings more than we’d like sometimes. It is just a few of us here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. One minute I’m checking a shipment, and the next I’m sweeping the floor or answering a query. Shivaki Nagar is a quiet place usually, which helps us stay focused. We don't have a big storefront with displays. It is more about the work going on behind the scenes. We keep things simple and try to stay organized, even when the boxes start to pile up toward the end of the week and things get a bit chaotic.
