We run Mukti Pharmaceuticals out of our facility at 339, Shivaji Bagar. It’s a busy place because we are always dealing with medicines and health supplies. Shivaji Bagar is a lively area, and being at number 339 puts us right in the thick of it. We’ve been here for a good number of years now. The building is older, but it serves us well for storing what we need and managing the distribution. We aren't a massive drug company with thousands of staff; we’re a local team that focuses on getting the right supplies to the local shops and clinics. Sometimes the paperwork for the pharmaceutical side of things feels like it never ends, but it is important to get it right. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or polished brochures. We just rely on the fact that we've been here a long time and people know we are honest. The warehouse can get pretty full, so we are always moving boxes around to make space for new arrivals. It’s tiring work but we’ve got a good routine down. We try to keep our prices fair because we know how important these items are for the people in the community. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s a necessary one and we are glad to be doing it here. We see the same faces coming in for orders every week, and that's fine by us since it keeps the day interesting and moving forward.
