Mahalaxmi Telecom

Mahalaxmi Telecom is located at 102/B, 93, 94 in Crompton Palace, Prabhu Nagar. We aren't a big showroom with glass displays and bright lights everywhere. Our shop is more of a practical place where people come when they have a problem with their phone or need a new recharge. We have a few counters where we display some handsets and accessories, but a lot of our work happens at the back where we do the repairs. Prabhu Nagar is a busy neighborhood, and we get all sorts of people walking in. Some are looking for the latest budget phone, while others just need a screen fixed because they dropped it on the pavement. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us behind the counter, trying to help people get their devices working again. Sometimes the shop gets really crowded and people have to wait their turn, but we try to be as quick as we can. We handle everything from SIM cards to battery replacements. It’s a bit messy with cables and tools everywhere, but we know where everything is. We just focus on the job at hand and try to give honest advice about whether a phone is worth fixing or if it's time for a new one. It’s a basic, honest business that keeps the locals connected to their friends and families.
