Kenstar Kitchen Appliances India Ltd.

We are based out of G-102 in the Press House building, which is part of the Press Complex on A.B. Road. It is a well-known area, so people usually don't have too much trouble finding us. The office here at Kenstar Kitchen Appliances is where we coordinate a lot of the logistical side of things. It is a bit of a maze with all the different units in the complex. We have stacks of manuals and spare parts sitting in the corners, and the phones never really stop ringing. It is a busy environment, but we like it that way. We don't have a massive team in this particular office, so everyone ends up doing a little bit of everything. One minute you might be checking a shipping manifest, and the next you are helping a customer understand how a particular piece of equipment works. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a blessing when the afternoon sun hits the windows. We get a lot of mail and packages coming through the door every day. It can get a little messy with all the cardboard boxes, but we try to keep it organized enough to find what we need. It is just a regular workplace where we put in our hours and try to keep things moving smoothly. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated processes. We just focus on the appliances and the people who use them.
