You can find us at 32, Jaora Compound, right across from M.Y. Hospital. It’s a busy area with people always coming and going because of the hospital. Kasliwal Brothers(Labtech) is a small operation, and we’ve been at this address for quite a few years. Our office isn't anything special, just some desks, a few cabinets full of files, and a corner where we keep the samples. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters. It’s just us, the brothers and a couple of helpers, making sure the daily work gets finished. Some days are slow and we sit around talking about the cricket score, while other days we don’t even have time to finish our tea. The building is a bit older, so the walls have some cracks and the paint is peeling in places, but it’s home to us. We like being in Jaora Compound because it’s central and everyone knows the landmark. We don’t try to act like a big corporation. If you call, you’ll talk to one of us directly, not a machine. We handle the technical stuff as best as we can and try to be honest about what we can do. It’s a simple life at number 32. We just take it one day at a time, looking after our local regulars and keeping things moving. We don't spend money on ads because the neighbors already know us.
