Indtools Sales And Services is located at number 16 in Bima Nagar. We have been operating from this spot for quite some time now. It is a relatively quiet residential and commercial mix area. We deal with various industrial tools, selling them and also helping out when they need a bit of maintenance. Our shop isn't very large, so we have to be careful about how we stack the boxes. You will usually find one of us behind the counter or in the back checking the stock. We don't use any complicated systems; we mostly know where everything is by memory. People from the nearby workshops often drop in to pick up something they forgot or to ask for advice on a tool. We just tell them what we know based on what we have seen over the years. It is not a corporate environment at all. We wear casual clothes and talk to everyone like they are our neighbors, because most of them are. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it is quiet enough to read the paper. We just take it as it comes. We aren't trying to sell anyone things they don't need. If a tool can be fixed, we say so. If it’s junk, we say that too. It is just a basic, honest way to run a small business in Bima Nagar.
