Flixzon Pharmaceuticals Private Limited

Our office is at 274A in the Usha Nagar Extension. It is a residential neighborhood, so it is mostly quiet except for the street vendors. We work out of a small building that used to be a house. It feels a bit like home, actually. There is a small garden in the front, but we mostly use it to park our scooters. We have three rooms full of shelves and a small desk for the computer. Flixzon is a small operation. We handle mostly local distributions. Sometimes the neighbors complain if a big truck blocks the road, so we try to time the deliveries for early morning. The walls are covered in calendars and maps of the city. We use a lot of tape and cardboard boxes. Every evening we sweep the floor, but the dust always comes back by morning. We do not have any corporate titles here. We just do whatever needs doing. If the phone rings, I pick it up. If a box needs lifting, we all help out. It is a bit disorganized sometimes, but we never lose track of the orders. We keep a paper backup of everything just in case the computer crashes again. It happened once last year and it was a mess. We learned our lesson from that. It is just a normal day-to-day grind for us. We just keep going.
