We are located in Saphhire Heights, specifically in units 402 to 408. It’s a big building on A.B. Road, and we’ve been here for a good while. The office is usually humming with activity because there are a lot of us working on different things. We deal with a lot of equipment that people use in their homes, like for cleaning or water. Most of our day is spent talking to customers or coordinating with the guys who go out to people's houses. It’s a lot of logistics and scheduling. The view from the office is alright, looking out over the busy road. We have rows of desks and some storage areas for the units. It’s a professional enough environment, but we keep it pretty relaxed among ourselves. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking; we just make sure the products get where they need to go and that they work right. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and it gets a bit stressful, but we manage. There's always a lot of paperwork to file and orders to process. We’ve got a little break room where we all grab lunch and talk about things other than work. It’s a solid place to be. We just try to stay organized and keep the day moving along without too many hiccups. Being on A.B. Road makes it easy for the field staff to get around town.
