We are based at D-126 in the Amrapali Township. It’s located near IIM Indore, out on the Pithampur Road in Rau. Being near the IIM means there’s a certain atmosphere around here, but we are just a small association. Our office is more like a house that’s been turned into a workspace. It feels quite homey, which we actually prefer over a cold office building. We deal with schools and education stuff from this address. There’s a small garden area outside where we sometimes sit if the weather is nice. Most of our work involves a lot of talking on the phone and sending out emails to different schools. We have a few cupboards full of files that we really should organize better one of these days. The neighborhood is mostly families, so it’s peaceful during the day. We don't have a big sign out front, just a small one near the gate. Sometimes the local dogs bark a bit too much, but you get used to it. We aren't a huge corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us who care about how schools are run. We drink a lot of chai and try to keep up with all the paperwork. It’s a steady way to spend the day. Indore is growing fast, and we are just happy to be a small part of it. We keep things simple.
