We operate out of G-1 in Star Regency, which is in Menon Colony. It’s not a huge industrial site; it’s more of a ground-floor space where we manage our waste solutions business. Things can get a little messy with all the paperwork and plans lying around on the desks. We aren't a big corporate firm with suit-wearing executives. We are just a group of people trying to figure out better ways to handle waste. Sometimes we’re out in the field looking at sites, and other times we’re stuck here in the office dealing with logistics. The room is usually filled with the sound of phones ringing or someone trying to fix the printer. We don’t have a fancy coffee machine, just a kettle in the corner. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We’ve been in Menon Colony for a while and the neighbors are used to us by now. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls. We just want to get through the daily tasks and make sure the waste is being moved or treated like it’s supposed to be. It’s a practical, day-to-day kind of life. Some days are better than others, especially when the trucks are on time and the pickups go smoothly. We just keep plugging away at it. It takes a lot of coordination and patience to make things run as they should.
