Our place is located at 177/2, Vaishnav Parishad on Jawahar Road. If you can find the Shivani Hotel or the ICICI Bank, then you’re basically right there. Those are the best landmarks to use because the bank is always crowded and easy to spot. Abhishek Construction is a small, local outfit. We do all sorts of building work and house renovations. We started this because we genuinely like the process of seeing a project come together from nothing. The office is usually a bit dusty because we’re constantly bringing in samples of floor tiles or bags of cement to show folks what we’re using. It isn't a fancy corporate headquarters by any means. It’s just where we sit down with a cup of tea to work out the costs and the schedules for the next job. We have a few workers who have been with us for a long time and they really know their trade. We don't spend money on big ads or billboards. Most of our work comes from people who saw what we did for their neighbors and gave us a call. Jawahar Road is always moving and full of life, so there’s a lot of energy around the office. Sometimes things don't go perfectly, like when the rain stops us or a delivery is late, but we just handle it. We don't make big promises. We just take it one project at a time and see it through to the end.
