Harithakeralam Integrated Farmerproducer Company Limited

We’ve been working out of Thodupuzha for a while now, specifically near Abrahamvadakkel House in Idukki. Harithakeralam Integrated Farmerproducer Company Limited is basically just a group of us coming together to handle our farming business better. It gets busy around here, especially when the weather doesn't cooperate, but we manage. Most days involve coordinating with different farmers in the area and making sure things are moving as they should. It isn't always smooth sailing. Dealing with crops and people means there is always some small problem to fix or a meeting to sit through. We started this because doing things alone was getting harder and more expensive. Now we share the load. The office is easy enough to find if you’re in the neighborhood. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It's just a place where we get the paperwork done and talk about what needs to happen next with the produce. People around here know us as the local farmer group. We don't try to be anything else. It's a lot of manual work and checking on details that others might miss. Sometimes we stay late when there's a big batch of stuff coming in. That is just how it goes in this part of Kerala. We keep the doors open and try to keep things organized for everyone involved. It’s a simple setup but it works for what we need to do every day. There is always more to do, but we take it one day at a time.
