Edassery Spices Garden Private Limited

Down on Temple Road in Munnar, you will find us at Edassery Eastend, 9/2035. This is Idukki district, so it is high up and the air is different than down on the coast. Edassery Spices Garden Private Limited has been here for a while. Being in Munnar means we see a lot of people passing through for the views, but we are here for the spices. The ground here is good for it. It is cool and damp a lot of the time. We spend most of our mornings checking on the plants. The smell of the spices is everywhere around our place. It is a good smell to wake up to. We have a small office where we keep our books. It’s nothing special, just a desk and some chairs and a lot of paper. Sometimes the mist gets so thick you can’t see the road from the window. We like it that way. It keeps things quiet. We aren't looking to grow into some huge corporation. We just like the spices we grow and the people we work with. Most of the staff are from around the Idukki area. We know the local shops and the people at the temple nearby. It is a good life even if it is a lot of physical work. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done.
