Zuari Cement Ital Cementi Group is based in Hyderabad, specifically in the Kukatpally area. We operate as part of the bigger group, but on the ground here, it feels much smaller and more personal. The office is a practical setup. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. It’s mostly about managing the flow of cement and making sure the logistics don’t fall apart. Ravi keeps things organized, though it can get hectic when multiple orders come in at once. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking emails. The air conditioner works most of the time, which is a blessing in the Hyderabad heat. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny office. We just want to make sure the work gets done and the customers get what they need. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the trucks are on the right path. We’ve been doing this for a while, so we know the local roads and the common delays. It’s just a regular day-to-day operation where we try to stay on top of the paperwork and the deliveries.
