Maniteja Enterprises

Maniteja Enterprises is based out of Plot No 138 and part of Plot 127. We are located near Sy No 19 in Mallapur Village. It’s a bit of a spread-out setup because we use parts of two different plots to get everything done. Mallapur has changed a lot over the years, but we’ve stayed right here. It feels more like a community than just a business district. Our days start early when the village is still relatively quiet. We do a bit of everything here, depending on what’s needed that week. The workspace is a mix of indoor and outdoor areas. It’s not always the cleanest place, as there’s usually some dirt or material scattered around, but that’s just how we work. We have a small group of employees who live nearby, so most of them walk or cycle to the plot. We don't have a formal way of doing things; we just talk to each other and get the tasks finished. Sometimes we have to deal with the rain leaking in or the heat being too much, but we've learned to work around it. People in Mallapur Village know us as the guys at the plot. We don't do any big advertising or have a slick website. We just rely on the work we do every day. It’s a simple life, and we’re happy to be part of the local scene here near Sy No 19. We just keep plugging away at it.
