We are set up at 5-26 near the bus depot in Dilsukhnagar, over in Hyderabad. It’s a very busy spot because of the buses coming and going all day long. You can always hear the horns and the people shouting for their stops out on the street. Our shop isn’t very big, but we make use of every inch of space we have inside. There are shelves stacked right up to the ceiling with all sorts of things. It can be a bit of a squeeze when we get a lot of deliveries at once. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a good while and know most of the other shopkeepers around here. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or glowing signs. The sign we have is a bit faded from the sun, but people who need us know where we are. We open up early and usually stay until the last bus crowds thin out in the evening. It’s just a regular business run by regular folks. Sometimes we have to move stuff out onto the sidewalk just to find what a customer is looking for in the back. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is. We don't have a website or anything like that. We just talk to people face to face. If you need something, you just come by and ask. That’s how we like to do things here. It's practical and it works for us and the neighbors.
