We just rely on doing our job and people knowing we’re here. It’s a practical way to run things. Sometimes we're waiting on deliveries, other times we're sending things out. There’s a rhythm to it. We don't try to impress anyone with big talk. We just focus on the daily chores and making sure people get what they actually need from us. It’s a quiet life for the most part, and we’re okay with that. We just keep the door open and handle the work as it comes through. Nothing more to it really. It’s just a regular enterprise doing regular things every single day.
