Zoom Infotech is located over in Anjaiah Nagar, right near the Government Primary School in Vidhyanagar. The address is 2-2-3/15/9/1, which is a bit of a mouthful, but if you find the school, you’re basically there. We’ve been in this little corner of 500044 for a while now. The shop is small and usually filled with computer parts, tangled cables, and old monitors that people have left for repair. We mostly help out the locals and the students from nearby with their tech problems. Whether it's a broken screen or a slow laptop, we just take it apart and see what’s wrong. It’s not a shiny corporate tech center. It’s more like a workshop where there’s always a soldering iron warming up or someone trying to recover files from a dead hard drive. The school kids walk past every day, and it can get pretty noisy during their lunch break or when they finish for the day. We don't have a fancy waiting room, just a couple of plastic chairs for people to sit on while we look at their devices. Sometimes we stay late when a job is tougher than we thought it would be. Being in Vidhyanagar is convenient because everything we need is just down the street. We don’t do big advertisements. Most of our work comes from people telling their friends that we managed to fix their stuff without charging them an arm and a leg. It’s just how we run things here. We just like fixing things.
