United Systems

United Systems is up on the first floor here in Ramkote at 3-5-7/1/5. The address is a bit of a mouthful, but once you find the building, we are just a flight of stairs up. We spend most of our time looking at screens or fixing hardware that someone brought in. It is not a very large office, and sometimes it gets a bit crowded with all the cables and parts lying around. Hyderabad is a busy place, and Ramkote has its own noise, which we hear through the windows all day. We started this because we were good with systems and figured we could help people out. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or a lobby with fancy chairs. You just walk in and see us working at our desks. There is always a pot of tea or some coffee going. We handle a lot of different technical issues, mostly just trying to get things running again for our customers. Some days are slower than others, which gives us time to organize the spare parts bin, though it never stays neat for long. We don't do big marketing campaigns. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they are in the neighborhood and saw our sign. We just focus on the task at hand and try to be fair with everyone. It is a simple setup, but it works for us and the people who come to see us. We’ve been at this address for a long time and know the area well.
