Working in Nanakramguda means we are right in the middle of the IT action in Hyderabad. Our desks are located on the second floor of Tower 21 in the Waverock Building. It is part of the APIIC/IT/ITES SEZ, so the whole area is filled with big glass buildings and thousands of people commuting every day. Idea Entity Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is just one of the many teams here, but we have our own way of doing things. The office is pretty standard for a tech place, with rows of monitors and people wearing headphones to stay focused. The commute to Serilingampally can be a real struggle in the evenings when the traffic piles up, so we often stay a bit late to let the roads clear out. The building is quite modern, which is nice, but it can feel a little cold and impersonal sometimes. We try to make our corner of the second floor feel more like a normal workspace. There’s always a bit of a wait for the lifts during lunch hour, so we usually just bring our own food and eat together. We aren't here to change the world or anything like that. We are just here to handle the software and tech tasks that come across our desks. It’s a busy life in the SEZ, and we just keep moving along with the rest of the crowd.
