Riktam Technologies is over in Jafferalibagh. The address is 6-3-662/B, which is a bit of a mouthful if you’re telling a rickshaw driver. Most people just say Sguda or Somajiguda. It’s a lively part of Hyderabad to be in. Our office isn't anything out of the ordinary. It’s just a place where we sit down with our laptops and build things for the web and mobile. We have some whiteboards that are usually covered in messy handwriting and diagrams that only half of us understand. The floors are plain, and the chairs are the kind you find in any regular office. It gets pretty loud when everyone is talking at once during a brainstorm, but mostly it’s just the sound of typing. We’ve got a mix of people here, some who have been around since the start and others who are just learning the ropes. Getting to work can be a struggle depending on the flyover traffic, but once you’re inside, it’s a focused environment. We don't have a gym or a fancy cafeteria. We just go out to the local shops when we need a break or some chai. It’s a straightforward way to work. We like being in this part of town because everything we need is basically within walking distance. It’s just us doing our thing in Jafferalibagh and keeping the computers running. The building isn't huge, but it's enough for what we need to get done every single day.
