Zicom Eletronic Security Systems Ltd has our office on the first floor of Plot No 20 in Dinakar Nagar. We are based in the West Venkatapuram area of Alwal, right here in Secunderabad. It’s a spot, a bit away from the main chaos of the city center but still busy enough. The stairs up to our office are a bit narrow, so moving big boxes of security equipment can be a bit of a struggle sometimes. We’ve got a few rooms where we keep the controllers, cameras, and all the wiring. It’s not a place you’d go for a fancy tour, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time talking to customers on the phone and trying to explain how things work in plain English. We aren't interested in using a lot of corporate talk. We’d rather just show up and do the job. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which is nice when we have to focus on some tricky wiring. Most of our guys have been doing this for years, so we’ve seen just about every kind of building in the area. We usually grab lunch at a small place down the street and then get back to work. It’s a regular life for a regular business. We don't try to be anything we aren't, just people providing security systems from a small office in Alwal. We try to keep things organized, but there's always a new project that makes a mess of the place.
