Savan Electronics

Our shop is out in Cherlapally in Phase-V of the IDA area. It's over at Plot Number 2 in Block 2. If you know the industrial area you know it can be a bit of a maze back here among all the factories. We have a decent sized space for all the parts and the benches where we do the repairs and assembly work. It gets a bit dusty being in this part of town but that's just the way it goes with industrial plots. We aren't trying to be a fancy retail store for the public. This is more of a workshop where we actually fix things and look at circuits all day long. Most of the guys here have grease or solder on their hands by the time lunch rolls around. We’ve been at this location for quite some time now and the neighbors are all other workshops and small factories. It’s a loud area with trucks coming in and out from the main gates all day. We keep the big doors open most of the time just to get some air moving inside. It’s not air-conditioned throughout the whole space so it gets pretty warm in the summer months. We just focus on the electronics in front of us and ignore the heat. People bring us things to look at or we send parts out to our regulars. It’s a basic business. We have a small office in the front where we keep the paperwork but most of the action is in the back.
