Navanidhi Electronics Pvt. Ltd.

Our place is over at Plot No. 21 in Ida Mallapur. The sign outside says Navanidhi Electronics Pvt. Ltd. Being in an industrial area like Mallapur means there is always the sound of machines or trucks moving in the background. It is not exactly quiet, but you get used to it after the first week. We’ve been operating out of this plot for quite a while now. The building is basically a large shell with different sections for different tasks. We don't have fancy carpets or designer chairs. We have sturdy tables and a lot of electronics parts scattered around. Sometimes the floor gets a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but we sweep it up and get on with things. The team here is pretty small. We all know each other’s names and whose turn it is to bring snacks for the break. We don't do big meetings or long speeches. Usually, we just chat over a cup of tea about what needs to be finished before the weekend. It is a practical place. We focus on the boards and components we have to put together. Mallapur is a bit out of the way for some, but for us, it is just where we go every morning. It is a simple life of working with electronics at Plot 21. We keep things moving and don't make much fuss about it.
