We are based at H.No. 16-2-851/c in Saidabad, Hyderabad. Our office is essentially a house that we have converted into a workspace for our IT services. Saidabad is a residential area, so it is a lot quieter than the city center. We like that because it lets us focus on the technical work without too many distractions. The neighbors know us as the guys who are always on their computers. Inside, we have a few rooms filled with desks and servers. The wiring is a bit of a mess under the tables, but we know which cord goes where. We don't have a big HR department or a cleaning crew; we just take turns tidying up the place. Most days are pretty routine. We come in, check the emails, and start working on whatever needs fixing or building. Lunch is usually a group affair where we sit around and talk about things other than work for a bit. The office feels very personal because it used to be a home. It has that cozy, slightly lived-in feel to it. Sometimes the neighbors’ dogs bark during our calls, but people usually understand. We are just a local team doing our thing in a quiet corner of the city. It is a simple and practical way to work that suits our needs and keeps our daily life grounded and manageable.
