Our office is in Flat 203 of Bishan Apartments, which is located at 8-2-1/1/B in Punjagutta. Being in an apartment building means we get to know the neighbors, even if they aren't in the same business as us. Punjagutta is always moving, so there is a lot of noise from the main road, but inside the flat, it is usually quiet enough to think. We have turned the different rooms into workspaces. The kitchen is where we mostly just keep the water filter and some mugs. It is not like those big corporate campuses with gyms and cafeterias. We just have our workstations and a balcony where we go to take a breath when the screen gets to be too much. Living and working in Hyderabad means you get used to the heat and the traffic. We just show up every morning, unlock the door, and start on the pile of work waiting for us. There are papers everywhere and sometimes we lose the remote for the AC, but we manage. It is a very normal way of doing things. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders because we are too busy focusing on the actual tasks. It is just a regular group of people in a regular apartment doing their best with what they know. We appreciate the simplicity of our workspace and the quiet routine we have built up.
