Yuvalan Projects Private Limited

Our office for Yuvalan Projects Private Limited is located over at Plot No. 21 in Lalitha Nagar, which is part of West Marredpally. It’s a pretty decent area to be in, mostly residential and not too much noise from the main traffic. The building is easy enough to spot once you get onto the right street, though the trees can sometimes hide the plot number if you aren't looking closely. Inside, it’s just a simple setup. We have a couple of computers that have been around for a few years and a printer that jams whenever we are in a hurry. There are usually a few site boots left by the door and a lot of dust that seems to come in no matter how much we clean. We don't really do the whole formal office thing here. Most of us wear casual clothes and we usually eat our lunch together at the back table. The lighting isn't the best in the evening, so we have a couple of extra lamps scattered around. It feels more like a house than a place of business sometimes, which actually makes the long hours a bit easier to handle. There isn't a fancy sign or a lobby with a sofa. If you come by, you’ll probably find one of us buried under a pile of blueprints or drinking tea while looking at a monitor. It’s just a basic place where the real work happens every day.
