You can find us right on NH65 in LB Nagar. The office is at Rajyalaxmi Nagar in the Shivapuri Colony area. Since we are near the highway, there is always a lot of dust and the sound of trucks passing by outside. Our space is filled with maps of different layouts and folders full of property papers and blueprints. People come in to ask about plots or to see where a new township is being planned. It’s mostly us sitting around a large table looking at layouts or talking on the phone with site supervisors who are out in the field. We spend a lot of time driving out to the locations to see how the leveling or the fencing is going. It is dusty work and we often come back with mud on our shoes. The office itself is pretty basic, just some chairs for visitors and a few computers for the staff. We have been working in this LB Nagar area for quite a while, so we know the local roads and landmarks pretty well. Dealing with land means a lot of waiting for signatures and checking boundaries, which can be slow sometimes. We don't have a fancy showroom, just the actual documents and the land to show. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls throughout the day. We just try to keep the records straight and make sure the site visits happen on time for everyone.
