Origin Residency

We are located at Plot No 70 in Koushik Society, which is tucked away on Road No. 12 in Banjara Hills. It’s a pretty busy part of the city, so having a spot that is slightly off the main drag helps a bit with the noise. We have been running this residency for quite some time now. It isn't a massive hotel with a grand lobby or anything like that. Instead, it is a practical place where people can stay when they are in Hyderabad for work or to visit the nearby hospitals. Our rooms are basic but we make sure they are cleaned every day. The staff here is small, just a few of us who handle the front desk and the cleaning. We don't have a big kitchen, but since we are in Banjara Hills, there are plenty of places to eat just a short walk away. Sometimes the internet acts up or the elevator is a bit slow, but we do our best to get things sorted quickly. Most of our guests are people who want a straightforward place to sleep without paying for a bunch of extras they won't use. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most folks find us through word of mouth or because they need to be in this specific neighborhood. It is a simple, no-nonsense setup that keeps us busy throughout the year.
