Equinox Developments is based over at Masab Tank, specifically in the Maheshwari Complex. Our address is 10-5-2/1/8A/25, which sounds a lot more complicated than it actually is once you get here. The complex is an older building, so it has that sturdy, lived-in feel to it. We’ve got a couple of rooms where we look over plans and handle all the paperwork that comes with development projects. It’s not the quietest office because there’s always something going on in the hallways of the complex. We have a small team here, mostly people who have been in the industry for a long time. We don't go in for flashy marketing or big promises. We just look at the site plans, deal with the permits, and try to keep things moving forward. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks, and it takes us a few days to clear it out. Masab Tank is a central spot, which makes it easy for us to get around to different sites, even if the traffic near the flyover is a nightmare some afternoons. We usually have the windows open when the weather is nice, even if it means hearing the city noise. It’s just a normal workplace where we try to stay organized and get our tasks finished by the end of the day. No frills, just steady work and plenty of coffee to keep us going through the afternoon slumps.
