Our office is at 8-2-596/5/b/2, on Road No. 10 in Banjara Hills. It’s a nice part of Hyderabad, but our specific building is pretty plain. We deal with various projects and it involves a lot of sitting around looking at plans and making sure the numbers add up. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find a lot of decorations. We mostly have piles of files and a few computers that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to people on site. Sometimes things go wrong, like a delivery getting stuck or the weather making it impossible to work, and we have to spend the whole day fixing the schedule. We don't have a big mission statement about changing the world. We’re just trying to get these projects done so we can move on to the next one. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes it’s frustrating when things don’t go according to plan. We usually grab lunch at one of the small shops nearby and then get back to it. Most of our clients have been with us for a long time, so they know how we work. We aren't fancy and we don't try to be. We just show up every morning and do the best we can with the work we have in front of us.
