We are Yupkar Real Estate and Constructions Private Limited. Our office is over at 1-96-3 in Sector 5 of M V P Colony. If you know the area, you know it is a decent place to be. We handle both real estate and building projects. It is a mix of sitting at desks and standing on dusty construction sites. M V P Colony is where we started, and we have stuck around. We have seen a lot of houses go up in Sector 5 over the years. Our team is small, just a few of us who know how to read a plan and talk to the city planners. We do not use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just help people find land or build something on the land they already have. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up and we stay late, ordering food from the place down the street. It is not a corporate vibe here at all. There is usually a stack of bricks or some pipes sitting in the corner of the yard. We work with what we have got. People stop by to ask about prices or just to see how a project is coming along. We try to give them a straight answer. It is a lot of legwork, but we like being part of the growth in the colony.
