This office is based in Banjara Hills, located at Plot No. 4 and 4A in the Anushka Trendz Building. We are up on the third floor in Flat 303. If you are driving down Road number 14, you will see the building easily enough. We share this space and focus on realtor work, which means we spend a lot of time talking on the phone and checking on different property details across the city. The H.No is 8-2-293 if you are looking at the official records. It’s a decent enough spot to work from since everything in Hyderabad feels like it’s within reach from here, even if the traffic doesn’t always agree. The office gets some good light in the afternoons. We aren’t really into the whole big corporate look, so the furniture is just what we need to get through the day. Sometimes the elevator in the building takes a minute, so we just take the stairs if we are in a hurry. Our days are mostly filled with checking listings and making sure the local paperwork is in order for our clients. It is a lot of back-and-forth travel sometimes, but this Banjara Hills office is where we always end up back at the end of the day. There are some good places to grab lunch around here, which is a nice bonus. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing.
