You can find us over in Banjara Hills on Road number 14. We are set up in the Anushka Trendz Building, specifically in Flat 303 on the third floor. It’s a busy building with a lot of different people coming and going throughout the day. Our address is H.No 8-2-293 on Plot numbers 4 and 4A. Being in this part of Hyderabad means we see a lot of activity every single day. We handle estate matters from this small office, and while the neighborhood is known for being a bit upscale, we keep things pretty basic inside our doors. There is a lot of paperwork to deal with when it comes to land and property, so you will usually see stacks of files on the desks. We try to keep things organized, but on busy Mondays, it can get a bit messy. The walk from the parking area to the building gives you a good look at how much the city is changing. We’ve seen new shops open and close while we’ve been here. Most of us have lived in Hyderabad for years, so we know the shortcuts to avoid the worst traffic on the way to the office. We don't have a big reception area or anything. You just walk in and talk to whoever is available. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. We just want to finish our work and make sure the details are right for everyone involved.
