YSK COMMERCIAL SPACES PRIVATE LIMITED

Road number 14 in Banjara Hills is quite the place to be. We are in the Anushka Trendz building, specifically in Flat 303. YSK Commercial Spaces is what we call ourselves. We deal with exactly that, which is spaces for businesses to set up. It is not as glamorous as it sounds on paper. A lot of the time is spent looking at floor plans and talking to landlords on the phone. The office is decent, but it is mostly filled with folders and samples of materials we might use. We have these big windows that let in a lot of light, which helps since we stay there late quite often. Banjara Hills can get a bit loud with the cars, but inside it is mostly just the sound of someone printing out documents. We use P.No.4 and 4 A as our base of operations. It is a good spot because we are close to everything important. We do not really have a big staff, just a few of us making sure everything runs okay. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks down and it is a minor tragedy for the whole morning. People come to us when they need a place for their shop or office. We just look through what is available and try to match them up. It is a lot of phone calls and walking around various sites. Nothing too complicated, just daily business in the heart of Hyderabad. We keep things moving as best as we can every day.
