Ypdc Pvt Ltd is tucked away in the 4th building in Gachibowli, right behind Care Hospital. It’s a pretty busy area with all the hospital traffic, but once you get inside the office, it’s mostly just the sound of computers and people talking about floor plans. We’ve been here for a while now. We don't really do the whole sales pitch thing. Usually, people just come to us because they need some technical drawings or help managing a project. We handle a variety of tasks, from the initial sketches to the final details before construction starts. It’s a lot of coordination. We have to talk to a lot of different people, like electricians and plumbers, to make sure everything fits together in the building. It’s not always easy and there are plenty of days where things don't go according to plan. We just deal with it as it comes. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in Hyderabad. We just want to do our work well and keep our clients satisfied without any extra fuss. The office is practical, filled with samples of tiles or wood and lots of printed maps. It’s a real working environment. We spend a good amount of time out on the field too, because you can't see everything from a screen. It keeps us busy and the days go by pretty quick.
