We are based out of Hyderabad, right near the Board of Secondary Education. It’s an interesting spot to have a technology company, but it works for us. Ygb Technologies Pvt. Ltd started out small and we’ve stayed pretty grounded even as the tech scene in India grew so fast over the last decade. We don’t have those fancy bean bag chairs or free soda machines you see in movies about tech startups. Our office is just a place with computers and people who know how to use them. We spend most of our time staring at screens and trying to solve problems that pop up in the code. Sometimes we get stuff right on the first try, but other times it takes all night. We don't put on suits unless we really have to for a meeting with someone important. Most of the time it’s just jeans and shirts. We have a lot of history with the local area, especially with the educational boards nearby. It feels like we are part of the daily hustle of the city. Traffic in Hyderabad can be a nightmare, so we usually just stay put once we get to work. We aren't looking to take over the world or be the next big thing. We just want to do good work that our clients can actually use for their business. It’s a bit messy sometimes, with wires everywhere, but we know where everything is. That is how we operate.
