We’ve been running Gpr Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. for a while now from our spot in Ameerpet. Our office is located at Mega City No 895 in Jaiprakashnagar, right in the thick of things. If you know the Yellareddyguda area, you know how the traffic can get, especially during the peak hours. We aren't some big corporate entity with a fancy lobby and people in suits. We are just a group of people who know construction and spend most of our time looking at floor plans and talking to material suppliers. The office is usually a bit cluttered with blueprints and half-finished cups of tea. We don't spend money on big advertisements or flashy signs. Most of our days are spent on-site or here at the desk trying to make the numbers work. It’s not always easy, and sometimes things go wrong, but we just deal with it as it comes. We’ve been in this building for years and the neighbors know us well. We just focus on building things that last. We don't have a mission statement or any of that. We just show up in the morning and do the work until it’s time to go home. It’s a practical business. We deal with concrete, steel, and permits. It can be a headache, but it’s what we do. We try to be honest with people about what can be done and how much it will cost. That’s just how we operate here in Jaiprakashnagar.
