The office is pretty basic, nothing too special to look at. We spend more time on our phones and at sites than sitting in comfortable chairs. Working in property development in a city this big means things move fast. We try to keep up. Some days are just filled with paperwork and dealing with the municipal office. It can be a headache, but that’s the business. We’ve lived and worked around here for a long time. Our neighbors are mostly families who have been in Nallakunta for generations. It feels like a real community. We don't do much advertising. Usually, someone just knows someone who worked with us before. It's a straightforward way of doing things. We handle the logistics and the planning parts of the projects. If you walk past Brindavan Colony, you’ll likely see our small sign. We’re usually there by nine in the morning unless we’re stuck in traffic. It’s a lot of work, but we enjoy seeing how the neighborhoods grow and change over the years. We aren't doing anything flashy here, just staying busy and moving forward.
