Our office is tucked away in the Anushkatrendz Building on Road Number 14 in Banjara Hills. It’s a busy area, but our floor, number 303, is usually focused and quiet. We handle property matters here at Yalamanchili Properties. It’s mostly about managing plots and looking at real estate around Hyderabad. We’ve been in the B N Reddy Colony area for a while now. It’s a good spot to be because we are close to everything happening in the city. There’s only a few of us in the office most days. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking over maps of different sites. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks and we have to stay late to sort it all out. We aren't some massive corporation with hundreds of employees and a fancy lobby. We are a smaller team that knows the streets of Banjara Hills and the surrounding areas quite well. Dealing with land and properties involves a lot of back and forth with different people, and sometimes things move slower than we'd like. It’s a lot of coordination. We try to keep things simple and direct. The building is easy to find if you know Road 14. We don't have a big flashy sign out front, just our name on the door. It’s just us doing our thing every day, trying to help people figure out their property needs without making it too complicated. We’ve been here long enough to see the neighborhood change quite a bit.
