Down here in Revanpally Pochampally, life moves at a different pace than the big cities, but work at Yadi Infra is always steady. We’re tucked away in Nalgonda, and most people around here know us by name. It isn't a massive operation with hundreds of desks. Instead, it’s a few of us handling roadwork, pipes, and whatever the local area needs to keep running properly. The office is simple, just a place to keep the paperwork and tools. You can usually find a couple of bikes parked outside. We spend a lot of time out on the roads under the sun. It gets hot in Telangana, so we start early. Sometimes we deal with rain delays or equipment that doesn't want to start, but that’s just part of the job. We grew up around here, so we care about how the local infrastructure looks. It’s not about being the biggest company in the state. We just want to make sure the work we do lasts for a long time. If a neighbor asks about a project, we tell them the truth about how long it will take. We don't use big words or fancy brochures. It is just about getting the concrete poured and the pipes laid correctly. Sometimes we stay late to finish a stretch of work, and other times we finish early and head home to our families. That's life for us. We're just regular people doing the work that needs doing.
