You can find us at Yaanvi Buildtech LLP on the ground floor of the Balaji House Complex in Malakpet. We’ve been in this spot for a while, right in the Saidabad area of Hyderabad. Our setup is pretty simple. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and a whole lot of folders. We don't really believe in flashy offices because we’d rather spend that money on getting the right equipment for our building projects. Most days, it’s just a couple of us here handling the phone calls and the billing, while the rest are out at the construction sites. Being in Malakpet means we’re right in the thick of things. It’s noisy and busy outside, and sometimes that energy carries over into the office. We deal with all kinds of building tasks, from small repairs to bigger structural work. It’s not always easy to coordinate everything, and we definitely have our share of stressful afternoons when a delivery doesn't show up. We just try to be honest with people about how long things take. There’s no point in making promises we can't keep. We’re just local people who know how to put a building together. It’s messy work, but someone has to do it, and we’ve gotten pretty decent at managing the chaos over the years. We stay busy and we stay practical, that is just how we work.
