Y K Spaces Llp is tucked away in Film Nagar, which is a bit of a different world compared to the rest of Banjara Hills. We’re located at Plot No.43, specifically in room 101. It’s an A Type building on Road No.6, Site I. If you’ve ever driven around here, you know the roads can be a bit steep and winding. Our office is a simple place where we manage everything. It’s usually pretty quiet on our street, which is nice when we’re trying to focus on drawings or contracts. We’ve got a small team here. The morning usually starts with opening up the windows to let some air in before it gets too hot. We don't have a big corporate sign or anything, just the address on the gate. We spend our hours talking to clients and coordinating with different teams on the ground. The Film Nagar area has its own vibe, with a lot of creative energy around, but we mostly just stick to our corner and handle the space-related projects we’re involved in. Sometimes we walk down the road to get lunch at one of the local spots. It’s a decent place to work from. There’s always a lot of talk about new developments in the city, and being in Banjara Hills keeps us right in the middle of it all. We just take things one day at a time, keeping the files organized and the projects moving along as best as we can without any unnecessary fuss.
