Xynyx Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

We’re based out of Flat No 303 in the Golden Homes building in Tolichowki. It’s a residential-style setup for Xynyx Technologies Pvt. Ltd., which works for us because it’s a bit quieter than a main road shop. Tolichowki is always buzzing with people and food stalls, so stepping into the building is a nice break from that. The flat isn't huge, but we’ve squeezed in all our gear and a few desks. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy outside. Most people find us by looking for Golden Homes and then taking the stairs or the lift up to the third floor. The light in the afternoons is pretty good, though the rooms get a bit warm if we don’t keep the fans going. We just go about our business, writing code or fixing whatever needs fixing that day. It’s a small team, and we all know each other’s habits by now. There’s no dress code or corporate meetings that go on for hours. We just sit down, get through the list of things to do, and maybe order some food from the places downstairs when we’re working late. It’s a simple way to run a company. We focus on the tasks we have and try not to get distracted by the chaos of the city outside. There are always people coming and going in the building, but we keep to ourselves mostly.
